The ETA changed. Why was this delayed?

ETA dates or 'estimated time of arrival' dates are handled at the discretion of our Australian distributor and can be adjusted due to a number of potential factors including manufacturing delays, shipping and logistics delays, supplier delays, licensor delays, etc. As we much as we dislike these changes, they are unfortunately quite common and beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you up to date, however please note that there is currently no notification system in place for ETA changes other than when Ozzie Collectables are directly notified by our supplier. You can always see the most recent ETA for a product by checking back with the product description. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your Ozzie account.

As soon as we physically have your item(s) on hand and ready to ship out from our warehouse, we'll send your tracking info to you via email. Ozzie Collectables sincerely appreciates your patience and understanding.
