What is an ETA?

ETA stands for Estimated Time of Arrival and provides customers with the intended release date of pre-order products. These are the official dates as provided by our distributor and are unfortunately not within our control. Any changes to these dates are updated immediately on site. If an item has passed its ETA date, this is most likely due to a delay with the product. This date will update on our site as soon as it updates with our distributor. We appreciate your patience.

If the item displays a pre-order date which has passed its ETA, this is because we have not yet received an update from our distributor. The date displayed here is always the most recent and up-to-date ETA we have been given. As soon as we have an update, this will update automatically in the product description, and you'll receive tracking info as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse.

Cancellations of pre-orders with altered ETA dates may still be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please note the pre-order policy in our Terms and Conditions if you are unsure.
