My parcel was returned to the sender. Can I have a refund?

We're sorry to hear that your parcel was returned to the sender. This can happen for a number of reasons, including an incorrect address, failure to pay customs, or failure to collect within the specified time frame. If you're unsure, we recommend contacting Australia Post or your local postal carrier to determine the reason for non-delivery so we can proceed with our assistance.

Once you've done this, if you'd like, we can attempt to re-ship the order at the same shipping fee. Alternatively we can cancel and refund it. Please note this may incur the standard 10% fee, and does not include the original shipping fee. We apologise sincerely for any inconvenience.

Returned parcels are processed at our warehouse and customers may not expect to hear from our support team as we are not always notified when parcels are returned. Please keep an eye on your tracking and heed all instructions from customs and the shipping carrier to avoid the risk of your order being returned.

If you believe your order has been or may be returned to the sender, please get in touch so we can assist.
