Customers may choose to return an order at their own expense if they are unhappy with their purchase. Ozzie Collectables reserves the right to refuse a return that is not in line with our agreed upon policies. Significant damage found to have occurred prior to transit may be covered under this policy. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product, and must be complete and in the same condition in which they were received. Ozzie Collectables reserves the right to refuse partial returns or returns for items which are no longer in their packaging.

If you would like to return your order, please firstly get in touch with a team member. You can find our return address here. Once the order is on hand and you have notified our team of your intention to return it, please carefully pack the item back in the same condition you received it, and have your order number visible on the box and invoice enclosed in the parcel. Once back on hand we will issue the standard refund less the 10% cancellation/restocking fee. Please note that unfortunately return shipping is not covered under this policy and must be handled at the discretion of the customer.

Please let a team member know if you'd like to proceed and we'll make a note to expect your return. The refund will be processed only once the return has been received by our team and may incur a small processing time of at least 3-5 business days from the date of delivery to us. We currently do not offer exchanges upon return, only cancellations.
