I want a refund

If you'd like to cancel your order, we can happily assist in providing you with a refund (or swapping your items for something else) as long as your order has not reached the packing/shipping stage at our warehouse.
All refunds and cancellations are handled at the discretion of Ozzie Collectables. All refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee aims to cover only a small portion of the fee on our part from processing your order, securing the item(s) with our distributor, etc. We appreciate your understanding and kindness to our staff. Once you've read this and understand that your cancellation may incur this fee, we recommend getting in touch with us with your order number so we can assist in providing you with a refund.

For security purposes, your refund must be processed back onto your initial method of payment. If you're unhappy with this, we recommend contacting your bank/ payment provider and advising them to redirect your funds once your refund has been processed on our end. If the refunded amount is unable to be processed on our end either due to the age of your order or system constraints, it will be refunded via gift card or direct Paypal transfer. Note that some direct Paypal transfers may incur a fee which is handled entirely at the discretion of the payment provider, and which Ozzie Collectables has no control over. Please heed currency differences and conversion rates if your order was paid for in a currency other than AUD.

Edited orders will not qualify for a refund back onto the original method of payment due to system constraints, and as such will be refunded via a gift card. Refunds will not be granted for orders with an active Paypal dispute or chargeback for security. We strongly advise against opening any sort of dispute, especially for the purpose of policy evasion, which is considered to be fraudulent behaviour and may result in the closure of your account, inability to shop with us in the future, and subsequent investigation with the payment provider and/or relevant authorities. Please contact Ozzie Collectables for all cancellations and we will be happy to work with you amicably and fairly in line with the agreed upon policies.

Please note that if your order has already shipped out, or has already been packed and processed at our warehouse for shipping, we may not be able to cancel it. Any refunds on orders already shipped out to you must be returned to us at your cost within 30 days and still be in their original packaging and of their original quality and will still incur a 10% fee. We appreciate your understanding.
