My order failed/ I was charged for an order which didn't go through

Please refrain from refreshing your page while payment is processing to avoid the possibility of the order failing. Once your order has completed processing you will be redirected to a confirmation page with your order number. We recommend screenshotting this in case you don't receive your confirmation email from us. Confirmation emails are sent immediately upon the completion of your order. Occasionally customers may not receive this email if they have entered their email address incorrectly, or if their spam filters mistake the email for marketing.

If your order has failed, we first ask that you check the transaction with the payment provider to ensure that it does not say 'processing'. In cases where the funds are still processing due to a failed order, they will typically bounce back into your account within a few days.

If you have exhausted all the above avenues and still believe that there may have been an issue with your order, we recommend that you get in contact with our team and confirm the following details:

The item(s) in your attempted order, and total order cost
The email address used to check out
The full name you used on the order
The date and time the order was attempted
The payment method you attempted to use, along with any relevant screenshots
