We strongly encourage you to close the chargeback or dispute with your relevant financial institution so that we can continue to provide the best assistance, as for security purposes, our system is unable to provide refunds whilst a chargeback or dispute is in place, and the disputing of legitimate purchases will result in a thorough investigation with the bank and subsequent inability to shop with Ozzie Collectables in the future. This matter will also be reported to the authorities. Note that chargebacks and disputes can take a significant time to clear, which may further delay our ability to provide assistance.
