Why am I being charged a cancellation fee?

To provide some clarity, this is our standard cancellation policy, outlined in the Terms and Conditions agreed to at checkout. The cancellation fee aims to cover a small portion of the cost of processing your order, including securing pre-order items with our distributor. We also offer the opportunity to swap your item(s) for something else at no fee as long as the order has not been edited previously. The cancellation fee applies to all items, including delayed pre-orders. Whilst we share your frustration when delays occur, this is unfortunately common in the collectables world and handled entirely at the discretion of our distributor. We apologise for any inconvenience.
