My tracking number isn't working

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. You may choose to use this link directly rather than the Shop app for a more accurate indication of shipping timeframes. Once you receive this link, please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking details to update on the Australia Post system. Please note that delays in tracking updates are unfortunately common, and we have no control over shipping carrier delays. Tracking updates are generated automatically by the carrier based on scan events. Occasionally, we notice that a parcel may skip a scan event, causing a delay between tracking updates. In these cases we recommend referring to the average estimated shipping time to your location before lodging an investigation as in the vast majority of cases these tracking numbers do update on their own in due course. We sincerely appreciate your patience. If you are still having trouble tracking your order, we recommend contacting Australia Post as they may be able to provide you with more comprehensive updates. If you need help launching an investigation, our team may provide assistance only once your order has surpassed the average standard shipping time to your location.
