This is our standard consolidation policy. Occasionally, if our team notices that two or more orders, domestic or international, are ready to ship out on the same day, we will consolidate these packages to avoid our customers having to possibly make multiple trips to the post office, etc. This is our standard policy and customers are not entitled to a refund of any shipping or customs fees should this occur. International shipping costs are based on weight and location, and cover shipping, handling, and processing of each order. You can find out more in our Terms and Conditions.
If you'd like, in future, you're welcome to leave a note on the order in the special requests section at checkout indicating that you do not want the parcel consolidated and our team will do their best to accommodate your request. Or if you'd like we can add a permanent tag on your account preventing all future consolidation. Note this is a permanent tag and cannot be reversed once added. Please get in touch if you need a hand.
