If you believe you may have received the wrong item in your order, the first thing we recommend doing is checking that the enclosed invoice matches your details. If you believe your order may have accidentally gotten mixed up with another customer's, kindly reach out to our team and we will arrange a solution with you and the other customer.
Please note that if the enclosed invoice matches your details and the item is very similar to the one you ordered, it may be that you received the correct item, and it just varies slightly from the listing or your expectations. In these cases we ask that you compare the barcode on the bottom of the product box to the SKU listed on the product page. If these match, you have been sent the correct item. Please note that sometimes items will vary slightly from the product images supplied by the manufacturer, i.e. in packaging, colour, box stickers, etc. These standard variations are often not covered under our Terms and Conditions.
If it is found that we have sent you the wrong item due to a picking error we may provide a return and refund or exchange. Please get in touch with your order number and a photo of what was received so we can investigate.
