Can you put an item aside for me?

Unfortunately, due to the volume of orders we're processing, we can't accommodate requests for holds, putaways or reserves. To be guaranteed and secure a product you will need to process your payment online and receive an order confirmation from us. Adding an item to your cart will not secure your product. Items can sell out very quickly during certain sales events such as Vault and Comic Con drops and we recommend getting your order in as quickly as possible to avoid missing out. Items with the green 'add to cart' button online are not necessarily available on the shelf at our showroom. To secure an item in-store you will need to check out online and select In Store Pick Up.  Your order will be ready for collection in 3-5 business days. If you are in need of an item urgently you can call our store during standard trading hours to check whether it is something we have in stock on the shelf. The team at the showroom will not be able to set any items aside for you.
