Will I be charged a customs fee?

For some international parcels, a customs fee may be charged to receive your parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs, as this is determined by your country's customs office. We are legally required to include the total price of your package, including the item cost(s) and shipping fee, on the shipping label, however are not able to control any fees charged for customs by your country.
