How does the loyalty program work?

Our loyalty system, Ozzie Coins, is a relatively easy to use system and can be accessed via the portal at the top of our site. To redeem your rewards or find out how to earn more points, simply login to your account and visit the link at the top of the homepage. Please ensure that pop-ups are enabled for our site so that the Ozzie Coins portal will work for you. You'll be able to view the number of points you have and all the ways you can redeem them or earn even more. Orders have a minimum of one discount/ coupon code. Ozzie Coins discount codes are not stackable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, e.g. Black Friday sales, gift cards, additional discount codes, etc. Once redeemed your Coins will generate a unique discount code and cannot be reimbursed. These discount codes have an expiration of 12 months and can be used against your next order. Ozzie Coins discounts cannot be added to an order which has already been placed. Cancellations of orders where the customer has earned Ozzie Coins will result in the deduction of any Ozzie Coins earned for that purchase.
